Postage, Delivery & Returns Policy

All items in our shop are printed to order and we always endeavour to print on the same day that the order is received. We try to get orders sent out the following day first class using Royal Mail but sometimes in busy periods, this is not possible. Whatever the situation please be assured we’ll keep you posted via email!

Please always feel free to email me with any problems or queries, or if you need something urgently and/or gift wrapped.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason at all, simply send it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

We usually a flat-rate small parcel fee of £3.85 for all UK orders and postage is completely free on UK orders over £100 – look out for special mail deals though!

Unfortunately, at the moment, we are no longer automatically offering shipping to USA or Australia but please drop us an email if this is something you would like and we can go through the delivery options for you.

To return your item, please post it back to: Dapple House, Harrow Street, Leavenheath, Suffolk CO6 4PW (you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.) Refunds will be processed on the day we receive the item back into the workshop.
